WELCOME to FOUR SEASONS STITCHERY!  Come on in to the relaxed atmosphere and enjoy a time of shopping while you listen to old time mountain, counrty/religious or classical music.

This is not onlly a fabric shop, but also a needlework shop.  There is a large selection of threads, ribbons and flosses for tatting, crochet, embroidery and all kinds of needlework.

The relaxed atmosphere will encourage you to spend time browsing through all that is available.  The friendly, knowledgeable staff is ready to help you choose fabrics for a quilt or to help you with your needlework project.

There is a GIFT CORNER with gifts especially for quilters and needleworkers as well as locally hand-made CANDLES, now including soywax candels.  Also, there is a nice selection of quilting and needlework related novels from authors such as Jennifer Chiaverini, Emili Richards and Monica Ferris.  There are also a number of children's books about quilting.

FOUR SEASONS STITCHERY is located in the beautiful mountains of Western Maryland, along the historic US Route 40, known as THE NATIONAL PIKE, at 116 Main Street in Grantsville.  We are just minutes from Interstate 68.  From Exit 19, go North on Route 495 to the stop sign.  Turn right onto Alt. Route 40.  The shop is located about four blocks from that intersection, on the right, in a removated school building.
